Job Summary:

Revive MD is seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes wellness culture, understands the fitness and supplement space, and knows how to connect with both performance athletes and everyday consumers through compelling, educational, and brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with Revive MD’s brand voice and marketing goals

  • Manage and grow our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and X

  • Curate, create, and publish engaging, educational, and visually compelling content (photo, video, reels, stories, etc.)

  • Work with our in-house creative, product, and athlete teams to develop brand-consistent campaigns

  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate strong relationships with followers

  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy based on data insights

  • Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors to amplify our message

  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and the competitive landscape within the wellness and fitness industry

  • Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team

  • Support product launches, educational initiatives, and promotional campaigns through strategic social storytelling

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in the supplement, fitness, or wellness industry

  • Deep understanding of health, wellness, fitness, or performance-focused communities

  • Strong content creation skills (especially short-form video like Reels/TikTok)

  • Excellent writing, communication, and brand storytelling abilities

  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with influencer or ambassador programs is a plus

  • Passionate about health, wellness, and performance optimization

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
