Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and drive the success of our headquarters location. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day operations of our headquarters, ensuring it is a model of excellence and innovation for our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leading teams, driving revenue, and fostering an environment of collaboration and operational excellence. Your efforts will advance our headquarters and set the standard for the success of our entire franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the headquarters team, fostering an environment of camaraderie, collaboration, and excellence that is a model of the Relive brand’s mission, purpose, and personality.
- Support the onboarding of new franchisees and their teams during training, ensuring training tools and programs are properly executed and encouraging a consistent and high-quality learning experience for new franchisees.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote growth, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve organizational structures and operational processes.
- Promote the company's brand by assisting in the design, implementation, and execution of local marketing strategies and events within the community.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a single-unit environment, preferably within a franchised organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for achieving results and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and inspire a sense of unity and purpose.
- Experience in educational sales or selling through education is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support the needs of the organization.
