We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk/Member Services associate to join our team. As a Front Desk associate you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from first check in. Your positive attitude, organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet members, prospective members and guests with a warm and friendly welcome providing exceptional customer service
- Check guests in, ensuring correct forms are used and accurate information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have while visiting the facility
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, collecting payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with tasks such as filing, inventory, stocking shelves
- Monitiring facility to ensure that it is kept clean and organized as well as ensuring all equipment is being used respectfully
- Contribute to sales of all proructs and apparel to receive a monthly bonus/stipend
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
