Relive Health Tempe is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Client Care Advocate to join our team.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the health and wellness space and brings proven sales and client relationship experience. You'll build relationships with clients, help them navigate their wellness journey, and connect them with services and programs that can help them reach their goals.
Relive Health offers personalized services including hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, wellness treatments, and aesthetics.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and serve as a primary point of contact throughout their Relive experience.
- Connect with new leads by phone, text, and CRM and turn interest into consultations and appointments.
- Learn about clients' goals and educate them on Relive Health services, programs, memberships, and pricing.
- Help clients understand provider recommendations and their next steps.
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients and re-engage past clients.
- Support existing clients throughout their wellness journey and help drive long-term retention.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Relive services that may support their goals.
- Work closely with our medical providers and clinic team to create an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in our CRM.
- Work toward established sales, conversion, and retention goals.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 3 or more years of sales, client relationship, account management, or similar experience.
- Genuinely love health, fitness, wellness, longevity, and aesthetics.
- Are outgoing and naturally enjoy connecting with people.
- Have strong sales instincts and are comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale.
- Know how to build trust without making people feel pressured.
- Are highly organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up.
- Are self-motivated and enjoy working toward measurable goals.
- Have experience in health and wellness, fitness, med spa, aesthetics, medical sales, membership sales, or a similar client-focused industry.
- Are comfortable learning and talking about HRT, peptides, medical weight loss, IV therapy, aesthetics, and other wellness services.
- Have experience using CRM or lead-management systems.
