Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of our offerings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You'll play a key role in fostering long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions throughout the client’s journey.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients by following up on leads, referrals, marketing efforts, and events.
  • Support existing clients by assessing the effectiveness of current plans and collecting feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, positioning our services and treatments effectively.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Showcase the features, benefits, and value of our services and treatments.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a full understanding of all products, services, and operational systems.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Submit purchase orders and keep management informed of purchasing actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files with appropriate follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 year of retail sales experience; experience in Aesthetics or Hormone Replacement Therapy is a plus.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and achieve company objectives.
  • Patience and composure when managing client care.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively without supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday through Saturday)

Compensation: $60,000 annually, plus 1% bonus potential based on top-line revenue.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
