Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (NP or PA) to join our team at our upcoming center at Tempe Marketplace. In this role, you will provide functional medicine consultations, assess clients' health conditions, and develop personalized wellness plans. You will also have the opportunity to administer Hormone Optimization Therapy for both men and women, provide peptide therapies, and assist in medical weight loss programs to enhance clients' overall health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional medicine consultations and personalized wellness plans, focusing on root cause health assessments.
- Administer Hormone Optimization Therapy for both men and women, managing treatment plans to achieve optimal hormonal balance.
- Utilize peptide therapies to support clients’ health goals, including improving energy, muscle mass, and overall vitality.
- Develop and manage medical weight loss programs, including customized diet plans, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations to support healthy weight management.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, to guide functional medicine protocols.
- Educate clients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, medical weight loss, and supplementation to optimize their health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and medical injectors, to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Stay current with advancements in functional medicine, hormone optimization therapy, peptide therapies, and medical weight loss.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all treatment protocols are followed.
Ideal Background:
- Active NP or PA license in Arizona.
- 2+ years of experience in functional medicine, medical weight loss, or integrative medicine.
- Expertise in Hormone Optimization Therapy for both men and women.
- Experience with peptide therapies and medical weight loss programs.
- Strong understanding of holistic health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage clients in their health journey.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation:
$65–$85 per hour, depending on experience, with the potential for performance-based incentives.
