The Opportunity
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our new Tempe location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-first, wellness-driven environment and loves creating exceptional client experiences.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—whether greeting them in person, over the phone, or online—and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations for both clients and providers.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling to keep providers and treatment rooms running smoothly
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical, personal, and billing information
- Process payments, manage invoices, and assist with inventory tracking
- Educate clients on our services, memberships, and wellness options
- Support providers before and after treatments as needed
- Keep the reception area clean, calm, and inviting
- Stay up to date on all clinic services and functional medicine principles
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer service or front desk experience
- Sales or membership-based service experience preferred
- Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or functional medicine setting a plus
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with scheduling and point-of-sale systems
- Passionate about health, wellness, and creating positive client experiences
