Job Summary
The Aesthetic Injector - RN is a leadership and educator role, responsible for providing both client care and education to clients regarding wellness and aesthetic services and treatments including bloodwork, IV Therapy, and injectable treatments such as neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements. As an RN/Aesthetic Injector, you will play a crucial role in providing aesthetic consultations, procedures, follow-up to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes. The RN will assess aesthetic desires/needs as well as maintain client-provider relationship and manage clients’ medical records. The RN must represent the Relive brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Responsibilities 
  • Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and shots to patients. 
  • Performed venepuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
  • Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.
  • Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
  • Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
  • Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making
  • Accurately use the online booking systems
  • Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
  • Provided documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR
  • Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
  • Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
  • Completes other tasks within the scope of the registered nurse.
● Follow State guidelines, standards and protocols within the scope of practice of RN.
● Maintain a safe and sanitary environment applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions.
● Injection Procedures: Perform injectable procedures, including but not limited to neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements. Administer injections safely and accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
● Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of injectable treatments. Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
● Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, documenting client information, treatment plans, and procedure outcomes. Adhere to privacy regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
● Safety and Compliance: Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment. Stay updated on the latest industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to injectable procedures.
● Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff members, to ensure comprehensive client care. Consult with colleagues to address complex cases and seek guidance when necessary.

Qualifications
  • BA of science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program. Previous experience in IV Infusion is desirable. Certified in BLS and ACLS.
  • Critical thinking, compassionate, non-judgmental, with attention to detail, and organized. Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised. 
  • Needs to be a patient listener, a good communicator, and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
  • Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.
Compensation: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
