Job Summary
Relive Health Tempe is seeking a Licensed Esthetician & Certified Laser Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform advanced skin and laser treatments, educate clients, and deliver exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic and laser services including:
- Laser hair removal
- Laser skin resurfacing
- HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation
- Consultations and customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and pre- and post-care instructions
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient charts, consent forms, and documentation
- Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and sterile technique protocols
- Cross-educate patients on skincare, laser treatments, and injectable services
- Complete ZO Skin Health Core & Advanced Certification within 60 days of hire
- Support clinic growth through teamwork and social media promotion (posting patient education, specials, packages, memberships, etc.)
- Conduct follow-up calls after treatments and product purchases
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Esthetician License (required)
- Current Certified Laser Technician License (required)
- 2+ years of professional experience in aesthetics or medical spa setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and laser technology
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, EHR/EMR systems)
- Ability to provide a portfolio, including social media examples or treatment outcomes
