Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive, personable marketing and outreach professional to drive patient acquisition for Relive Health. This role combines digital lead management with in-person community outreach to build strategic partnerships and grow our client base. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads and the face of Relive in the local community.
Lead Management & Patient Acquisition (50%)
- Monitor and respond to leads on our CRM in real-time (goal: <5 min response time)
- Make outbound calls to warm leads to answer questions, schedule consultations, and convert inquiries into appointments
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships and overcome objections
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and follow-up activities in CRM
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless handoff from inquiry to consultation
Community Outreach & Partnership Development (50%)
- Build relationships with local gyms, fitness studios, yoga studios, Pilates studios, and wellness centers
- Establish referral partnerships with local physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and professionals
- Visit businesses in-person to introduce Relive's services and create co-marketing opportunities
- Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Develop and execute partnership campaigns (cross-promotions, referral programs, educational seminars)
- Distribute marketing materials and maintain Relive's presence in the community
