Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Injector (APRN/PA) to join our team in a dynamic leadership and educator role. You will deliver exceptional client care while educating clients on wellness and aesthetic services, including regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic treatments.
In this position, you will conduct aesthetic consultations, perform injectable procedures, develop personalized treatment plans, and build long-term client relationships. You will assess, diagnose, and treat hormonal imbalances and aesthetic concerns while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and brand representation for Relive.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Treatment Planning Identify and treat hormone-related deficiencies and aesthetic concerns. Conduct thorough client assessments, formulate individualized treatment plans, and provide hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, and aesthetic injectable services.

Injectable Procedures Perform advanced aesthetic injections including neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and other enhancement treatments. Ensure safe, precise administration with excellent technique and client comfort.

Client Consultation & Education Deliver comprehensive consultations, educate clients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes. Provide pre- and post-procedure guidance and support informed decision-making.

Medication Management Prescribe and manage medications (Schedule II, III, and IV as permitted by state regulations) and utilize the pharmacy portal for ordering and tracking prescriptions.

Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely medical records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and follow all state guidelines, protocols, and scope-of-practice requirements for APRN/PA providers.

Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with the Medical Director, administrative staff, and clinical team. Participate in shared decision-making, provide and accept referrals, and assist with client callbacks and follow-up care.

Safety & Environment Uphold strict infection control, medical asepsis, and universal precautions to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional treatment environment.

Additional Duties Perform initial physical assessments, initiate referrals when needed, design wellness-focused treatment plans, and remain current with industry advancements, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications (Ideal Candidate)
- Active APRN or PA license in good standing
- Experience in aesthetics, hormone therapy, and/or regenerative medicine preferred
- Strong injectable skills with proven expertise in neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Excellent communication, client education, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences and results
