Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is about more than providing care - it’s about partnering in transformation. You’ll deliver exceptional client experiences through genuine connection, clinical excellence, and personalized treatment plans rooted in functional, proactive medicine. You’ll help guide clients beyond quick fixes - toward lasting, meaningful health outcomes. This role is for the practitioner who sees medicine as an ongoing pursuit - one rooted in curiosity, discernment, and a deep devotion to meaningful change.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams, bloodwork reviews, and functional assessments with a deep-rooted focus on identifying the root cause of client symptoms.
- Personalize treatment plans using a tiered approach that may include lifestyle recommendations, stress management techniques, supplement protocols, peptides, IV therapies, tools for hormone optimization via HRT, and more
- Translate complex medical insights into client-friendly language and communicate next steps clearly and compassionately
- Collaborate with team members daily, including Client Advocates, RNs, Front of House staff, and fellow Nurse Practitioners.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, universal precautions, and infection control protocols
- Document with accuracy and detail; chart same day using EHR, the appropriate charting templates, and proper documentation methods.
- Maintain active licensure, compliance training, and continuing education
- Stay engaged with clinical advancements in hormone health, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies
Ideal Background:
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Michigan
- 3+ years of clinical experience (wellness or functional medicine preferred)
- Experience or interest in innovative treatments, such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss
- Experience with Aesthetic Injectables – neurotoxin and dermal fillers - is a plus
- Comfortable with learning new systems (lab portal, pharmacy portal, EMR)
- Passion for helping others reclaim their health with integrity, innovation, and safety
